Making use of some 3/4″ poplar and planing it down to 9/16″ for the drawer sides. I flatten a single side with the plane, then mark the thickness from the flat edges, chamfer the edges down to the lines, and airplane away. On the final pieces I finished up chopping a significant bulk of the squander absent with the table saw, flipping the board as soon as – this saved a whole lot of function.
