Here’s a small bit of a clearer shot of the recess beneath. I feel in practice, no one will see it, but it is really a slight little bit of detail past a straightforward, straight walled edge. This was much less a design and style conclusion, and more a want to raise the band up even more to current additional of it as a rim around the floor of the lazy susan. I had been setting up to figure out a way of planing the base up to satisfy the base of the edge band/rim, but you should not come to feel I have to have to now. I assume it seems to be great. It was a large amount of work to chisel and sand all the glue out of there, while. I am a bit of a sissy about cleanup operate. It’s monotonous 🙂
