The HCCG Jacob Leslie was my 1st from-scratch boat. It seems superior and is exceptionally h2o-tight, but I did not use hull-design and style software for the hull. Just eyeballed it. Large blunder: it’s overpowered with twin screws and it chine-walks at something around hull velocity. And the V-bottom hull is significantly extra wobbly than a flat base. The 36″ one-screw cargo ship is considerably lighter and more rapidly. What a variation appropriate structure tends to make.
