Purple Sunbird (Eclipse Plumage/ Non-breeding Plumage)

The purple sunbird (Cinnyris asiaticus) is a little sunbird. Like other sunbirds they feed primarily on nectar, although they will also choose insects, particularly when feeding youthful.
