Rolls Royce was recognized in 1904 by the partnership of Charles Rolls and Henry Royce. They quickly developed a track record for excellent engineering and crafted one of the best cars and trucks and just one of the best aero engines in the globe. They acquired Bentley in 1931.
The Rolls Royce Phantom Collection was launched in 1925, they ended up the ultra exceptional, best of the line Rolls Royce.
The 1959-68 Rolls Royce Phantom V was a more modern vehicle. Early versions had one headlights, from 1963, quad headlights.
Like past models, Rolls-Royce provided the cars’ chassis and drivetrain with bodies built to normal designs by coachbuilders H. J. Mulliner, Park Ward, and James Younger.
The mentor builder of this auto was Park Ward, it features a cocktail cupboard, electrically operated home windows and air conditioning. The woodwork is French figured Walnut, ease and comfort is certain with English cover upholstery.
This is 1 of two autos bought by the New Zealand federal government for official use of the Governor Standard and going to dignitaries on official instances these as the Royal Tour in 1963.
