Eventually got the Ford (just about) concluded. Completed all the woodwork on the bed (there is certainly above 100 holes I had to drill in just the decking. Not counting the other people in the sills/crossmembers. Yikes!), now I just have to wrap the major of the deck and headache rack with some 2×2 angle iron.
As far as the truck goes, the carb demands to be rebuilt and I want to wire up the transform sign change and indicators. I’ve figured out that the engine is NOT original to the truck, but out of a 1950-52 Ford car.
Other than people couple issues, although, I think it truly is about finished.
As considerably as driving, it is just not to poor. I have nonetheless to get up into fourth equipment, or previously mentioned about 30mph, but it does not appear to be to experience way too bad at all. Throttle lag is kinda rough, but the carb job should really resolve that
